Synopsis

Abstract

The new anti-inflammatory nano nutraceuticals provide a groundbreaking solution which enables doctors to treat cardiovascular diseases with specialized treatments. The advanced formulations use nanocarriers to deliver active plant-based bioactive compounds which include curcumin and resveratrol and polyphenols to their specific anti-inflammatory treatment sites for cardiovascular disease (CVD) treatment. The nanoformulations of these nutraceuticals provide superior bioactive compound delivery because they enhance stability and solubility and enable precise bioactive compound delivery which solves the problem of low bioavailability and fast compound breakdown. The preclinical and initial clinical research demonstrates that these nano-nutraceuticals decrease inflammation and oxidative stress while they protect heart tissue from harm and assist with heart tissue healing especially during myocardial infarction and atherosclerosis attacks. The application of nanotechnology enables them to deliver improved outcomes for cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment through better clinical results and reduced adverse effects. The innovative strategy provides new possibilities for improving cardiovascular health and solving existing treatment deficiencies in current CVD management.
